We take cleanliness seriously! Every inflatable and piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every rental using safe, effective products. Your guests’ safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
📍 Where do you deliver?
We proudly deliver to Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Odessa, and many surrounding areas—typically within a 20-mile radius of Land O’ Lakes. Delivery and professional setup are free within our standard area. If you’re outside this range, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help!
⏰ When do you set up and pick up?
We usually deliver and set up your rental the morning of your event (sometimes the day before, depending on availability and weather). Pickup is typically the same evening or the next morning. We’ll always confirm exact times with you in advance.
💧 Can the inflatables get wet?
Yes! We have dedicated wet slides and water combos designed for water use. Standard bounce houses and dry combos are not meant for water and must stay dry. If you’re unsure which unit fits your event, just ask!
💳 How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A small deposit is usually required to secure your reservation, with the balance due before setup. We also offer a loyalty program—Bounce Bucks—where you earn points every time you rent and save up to 30% on future rentals!
👶 Are there age or weight limits?
Most inflatables are perfect for kids ages 3 and up, but some units are designed to handle teens and even adults! Each product page lists specific weight and occupancy guidelines. And don’t worry—our team will go over safety instructions at setup.
⛅ What if it rains or bad weather is forecast?
Safety first! If severe weather is expected and you’d like to cancel, we offer a flexible weather cancellation policy: you can reschedule or receive a rain check for a future date. Once the unit is delivered and set up, no refunds can be issued for weather.
